This is Your Sign to Check-In With Yourself and Your Visionboard

Hi everyone! Have you been feeling lost lately? Do you find yourself going through the motions with an unclear direction? Then, it’s time to check in with yourself and your visionboard. Your visionboard is a powerful tool to help you manifest your dreams and goals. Therefore, it’s important to regularly evaluate your goals and make sure they align with your current values and aspirations.

One of my favorite routines is making a visionboard at the beginning of the year and using it as wallpaper for all my devices to keep me motivated and focused. But it’s always a good time to stop, reflect on your wants, and make a brand-new visionboard. You can make it for the upcoming trimester or season if you don’t want to set yearly goals.

The Power of Visualization

Visualization is a technique that has been used by successful individuals for centuries. Visualizing your goals and dreams can create a clear mental image of what you want to achieve. This technique can help you stay focused and motivated, even during difficult times. Your visionboard is a physical representation of your visualization practice. It’s a visual reminder of your goals and a powerful tool to help you stay on track.

When I started making a visionboard, I wasn’t sure if it could work for me. But I noticed that I’m more focused and motivated, and some pictures from the visionboard become a reality daily. When I saw this crazy magic, I knew the visionboard was helping me achieve my dreams. I’m not telling you that making a visionboard will make you rich and famous. I’m telling you that making a visionboard aligned with your goals and dreams will make you focused and motivated to work toward them. Of course, you need to work on yourself and your goals, but the visionboard helps you to sincerely believe in yourself and trust the process.

As I always say, Hold the vision, Trust the process.

Checking-In With Yourself

It’s essential to regularly check in with yourself and your visionboard. Are your goals still aligned with your values? Are there any new aspirations that you want to add to your board? Take some time to reflect on your current journey and make any necessary adjustments. Remember, your visionboard is a living document that can change as you grow and evolve. We are constantly evolving, even if we don’t notice it, so it’s crucial to check in with ourselves with the goals we set in the previous months and see if they are still essential for us. If there’s something misaligned with our current state, this is the perfect time to adjust it and align it with our current vision.

Staying Accountable

Creating a visionboard is just the first step. Next, taking action toward your goals and holding yourself accountable is essential. Set specific, measurable, and achievable goals for yourself and create a plan to achieve them. Then, share your goals with a friend or mentor for added accountability. By staying accountable, you can turn your dreams into reality.

Besides my visionboard, I have a note on my iPhone with the written goals divided by categories. I tick it off the list when I achieve something, and it’s so satisfying. For example, last week, the website analytics showed me that martinamanca.com reached 13.800 unique visitors in the first five months of 2023. So at the beginning of 2023, I set this exact number as a goal for the year because I was expecting that martinmanca.com would grow by 20% in twelve months. But this growth happened in just 5 months. I’m so thrilled and proud that I can’t say it. And when I ticked off the goal from the list, I felt invincible.

If you need a brand new start because you feel that the goals you set in the past are not relatable anymore, I created the perfect tool to start on the right foot. The Goal Setting & Vision Board tool from MM Shop is ideal for setting specific, measurable, and achievable goals, reflecting on the past and yourself, and creating your brilliant visionboard.
