Ins & Outs for 2024

Hi everyone! The other day, I saw a video on TikTok about the ins & outs of 2024, and it was a great idea to speak about this topic here on the blog. The Ins & Outs for 2024 are those things you want to keep or welcome during the new year and others you want to leave behind or delete from 2024. It could be anything: from apps on your phone to people, from habits to make-up products. Setting boundaries and living towards what we want and enjoy is a great idea.

So, here are my Ins & Outs for 2024. But I'm curious to know yours, so comment below the last post on Instagram to let me know what you want to keep or welcome and what you want to leave behind for 2024.

Ins for 2024

My Ins for 2024 is focused on my wellness because I decided to invest my energy in myself this year. So, I'm welcoming lots of girl therapy moments like a good face mask or an everything shower with good music and reading a great book. But I also decided to evolve my self-care concept to a new idea. I want to include working out, eating balanced, and taking care of my self-esteem in my self-care. I learned I'm super insecure about myself, so I want to work on that this year and embrace this new journey.

Another in for 2024 is believing in my dreams like never before. I want to bet on my dreams this year and work towards them like never back. Especially for martinamanca.com

Speaking of what I want to keep from 2023 to 2024, I want to continue caring for my love life with my almost-husband. It's not a job, but I believe you must take care of your love life daily, even in the small things. I want to keep traveling to new places and my hometown because being on the go makes me incredibly happy.

Last but not least, I want to start dressing up no matter what just because it makes me happy and confident. Recently, I've bought many cute clothes and rarely wear them because "it's not the occasion." Not this year baby!

Outs for 2024

My outs for 2024 include all the bad thoughts I often have about my body and capabilities. It is frustrating, and I no longer accept this vicious circle. Then, I want to leave in 2023 the continue overthinking what people think about me and my behavior. I often change my desires to please other people or avoid conflict. Not this year! I want to fully embrace myself and my personality and learn to love it.

The other two things I want out of 2024 are anxiety, a not-so-welcomed partner in my life, and the clothes that don't make me feel confident. It's easier to say bye-bye to the clothes. Still, I'm promising myself to say bye-bye to my anxiety, too, in one way or another.

I loved reflecting on this topic; it helped me focus on what matters. I hope you enjoyed it, and I can't wait to know your ins & outs for 2024.
