How to protect your hair during summer

During summer, hair gets so much stress from sea salt, the sun, and the heat. So it's essential to bring something to protect our hair in the summer bag and in the suitcase. It's been almost 4 years since I started using heat protectant spray on my hair when I blow dry and when I have to stay a lot under the sun or at the beach.

At first, I was not so much into heat protectant spray; I didn't get the importance. When it comes to the choice, I always pick the Gisou Heat Protecting Spray because it's made out of propolis and natural ingredients. Just after one month of consistent applications, my hair changed so much.

I can totally feel the difference because my ends are not dry or dead; my hair is so much more luminous and easy to style. With the proper hair care, I've managed to see my natural curls in their full bloom.

It takes just a few sprays on your hair at an arm's distance to protect your hair from the styling tool heat, the UV rays, and the sun. Usually, I do two braids and then spray the Gisou Heat Protecting spray because I don't get too hot, and my hair is tied up for when I'm at the beach. It's so handy and quick, but it's essential to bring the Gisou Heat Protecting Spray in the beach bag to reapply it during the day. You can also wear a hat to protect the scalp, so it doesn't get burnt.

I love wearing a hat or a baseball cap at the beach because I don't wear sunglasses. So, a hat or a baseball cap helps me a lot, and it's so fancy too!
