3 things to do when you want a brand new start

Hi everyone! How's your week going? So, last week, we discussed September as the new January to set new goals and have a fresh start. So, today we're continuing our 3 things to do when series to see what to do then you want a brand new start.

Peace out. You're a new person, so it's time for new goals.

After the vacations and all the things that happened during the first eight months, you're a new person. So, peace out. It's time for you to accept that the goals or vision you made back in January maybe be different from what you want now. So, don't panic. You can reset your goals and vision according to who you're now.

Let yourself celebrate this change and the excitement for the future. Then, be your best fan, and find a moment to reflect on what you want for the upcoming months.

Make a new vision board.

You're a new person with new goals and vision, so it's time for a new vision board! You know the deal, but if you're new here, let me introduce you to the magic world of the vision board. I've already shared a blog post about it. Still, the main reason to make a vision board is to build and visualize your goals on a beautiful, curated board. Making the vision board is incredibly therapeutic, but you can look at it anytime, especially when you have a bad day.

The process is always the same

  1. set the goals in each category of your life

  2. collect the pictures

  3. make the collage

  4. Enjoy manifesting!

Enjoy the little things.

Lastly, while you're focusing and planning your future, please let yourself enjoy the little things you live in the present. I have a strong vision board, and I tend to focus a lot on what I have to do to reach my goals, but I'm working hard on myself to enjoy the present. So, whenever I do gardening, go out for a run, or see the sunrise, I stop to appreciate the moment and take all the beauty inside of me. Every morning I can kiss good morning to my boyfriend, I feel like the luckiest girl on the planet.

Even if it's crucial to focus on the future and reach your goals, being present and enjoying the little things is a game-changer. You can feel much more grounded and more vital to face future challenges.

What do you do to set a new start? Let's chat in the comments!
