21 Day Tone challenge by Blogilates - review

Hi everyone! For today's post, I decided to expose myself a little more because I want to share my experience with the 21 Day Tone challenge by Blogilates

Before kicking off this review, I want to go back to some months ago and tell you a little more about my starter point.

Since October 2020, I have some health issues that brought me to stop any activities, from workouts to walks. First, the pain was so intense that I could only lay in bed for an extended time. Then, when most of the pain was gone, I had to rehab my body to movements, even the tiniest ones. Finally, I was so upset that my body had changed so much that I couldn't do all the things I used to, and all my routines were gone.

I've been in dark times; I gained so much weight, most of my clothes don't fit me anymore, I can't stick to a specific diet, and I can't overexercise my body. So I looked for gentle workouts that let me move to respect all of my body needs with all these in mind.

I stumbled upon the Blogilates YouTube channel, and I fell in love with Cassy Ho's energy, positivity, and videos. I tried some of them because she has workouts for everyone, from the 5 to 45 minutes, from cardio to stretching, from pilates to yoga. Her videos are uplifting, and just after a few of them, I bought the pro version of her app. That's how I started the 21 Day Tone challenge.

What is the 21 Day Tone challenge?

Cassy Ho designed the 21 Day Tone challenge to commit 21 minutes a day for 21 days straight to tone the whole body.

You can open the Blogilates app, select the current day, complete the designated workout, and check your calendar. It's simple but effective. I'm doing all of her videos, and I'm noticing that my body is getting stronger and flexible day by day. Even if I'm not losing weight yet, I'm so happy that my body and mind react positively to this challenge. I think I'm finally on the right path to finding a balance between my body needs and personal desires.

21 Day Tone challenge review

I'm utterly in love with Blogilates 21 Day Tone challenge. It's burdensome but not overwhelming. Even on the bluest day, I'm confident I can achieve the daily workout. And I think this is the most rewarding thing I could ask.

I love how Cassy Ho shows the different exercises, with modification if you need to slow down slightly. But, at the same time, she motivates you with inspiration, energy, and positivity.

The constant message I find in all of her videos is that everyone has their path because we are all different. So, it's ok if I need to slow down and recover or do just a part of the workout because my body is getting slowly stronger, and the next time, I'll be able to finish it. I'm learning how not to compare my body to others, which is vital because I can't love myself.

Every time I complete a workout, I feel super proud of myself because I can feel my body stronger and reacting. This physical evolution is bringing positive energy to my mind too. I can see it because I'm happily going for a walk; I'm facing the doctors' appointments with more strength. But the most important thing: I'm getting hope back.

From what I experienced, I suggest the 21 Day Tone challenge to everyone because each video is tailored for all the levels, from beginning to pro. 21 minutes go fast, and I can tell you that you're going to feel the evolution every single day.
